Our Help Desk is available by email and phone, and via our web site, during work hours, Sunday through Thursday. Emergency service is available per call, during night hours and weekends.

Every call to our Help Desk is handled and an initial diagnosis provided within less than one work day. For high severity issues with critical impact on your business, an initial diagnosis is provided within 4 work hours.
